MASTIN DAVID "DAVE" JOHNSON, 86, died on Feb. 2,
2001 in Big Spring, TX, with burial there in the
Trinity Memorial Park (Coahoma) Cemetery. He was
born on Dec. 18, 1914 in Eastland, TX to Mastin D.
& Elizabeth Pyle Johnson. Dave attended Ranger
High School in the Class of 1933 at Ranger, TX
and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps at the
Harlingen Army Air Field during WWII. He married
Mildred Diez who died in 2004 and their son was
John M. Johnson who died in 2007. His siblings
were Lanham Johnson, Lorna Johnson (RHS-1941),
& Afton Johnson (RHS-1934).
