DAVID ANDERSON WEEMS, 88, passed away
on April 2, 2017, at his home in Eastland, TX,
with burial at the Eastland City Cemetery.
Mr. Weems was born in Eastland on June 18, 1928 to
David A. Weems Sr. & Lolita Beth (Dingle) Weems. He
married Margie Seay (RHS-1946) in May of 1951 at
Ranger who preceded him in death in 2006. Mr. Weems
worked for Texas Electric as a Meter Technician for
many years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member
of the First Baptist Church of Eastland. David was
also a proud member of the Eastland Dairy Queen
Coffee Club.
Mr. Weems is survived by his daughter Tana & husband
Richard Nuckols of Stephenville, two grandsons, David
and wife Christina Weems of Las Vegas, NV and Michael
and wife Stephanie Weems of San Angelo, TX. Survivors
also include 5 great-grandchildren; Marissa, David,
Cheyenne, James and Brianna.
