BETTY SUE COOPER HENDERSON, 73, of Breckenridge,
TX died on May 26, 2004, with burial at Evergreen
Cemetery in Ranger, TX. She was in the Ranger High
School Class of 1947.
Betty Sue was born Sept. 28, 1930, in Ranger, to
Iva Mae Wallace and Ernest Cole Cooper. She was
a homemaker, seamstress, mother and was affiliated
with the First Christian Church.
Mrs. Henderson is survived by daughters, Sarah Spain
McClelland and husband Mike of Albany, Mackie Spain
Schlegel and husband Jack of Capitan, NM; Kelley
Henderson Trippler and son Mat of Fort Worth and
Carrie Henderson Zimmerman (RHS-1982) of Denton;
six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister,
Ann Cooper Chance (RHS-1942), a grandson and a great-
granddaughter.
