SAMUEL MARTIN SEAY, 93, went to be with the
Lord on April 5, 2023 in Abilene, TX, with burial
in Alameda Cemetery near Ranger, TX.
Samuel was born on Feb. 10, 1930 in Kokomo, TX in
Eastland County to Gladys & Sam R. Seay. He attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1948. He married
Mary June White in July of 1954 in Ranger and they
were together for 57 years before her passing in 2011.
He is survived by son, Duke Seay; daughter, Sheila
Denise Richardson; brother, Fred Seay (RHS-1955);
sisters, Pearl Jane Harper (RHS-1952) & Viola Seay
Boyer (RHS-1946); 3 grandchildren, Mary Elisabeth
Seay, Samuel Seay, and Shayla Richardson; & numerous
nieces and nephews.
Sam is proceeded in death by his parents, Sam & Gladys;
son, Samuel Dirk Seay; and sister, Margie Seay Weems
(RHS-1946).
