WILLIAM WAYNE "BILL" MCKINNEY, 73, of Odessa,
TX passed away on April 27, 2006.
Billy Wayne was the son of Iva Lee Gray and John
Clarence McKinney. His brothers were Clarence Lee,
Herman, Woodie McKinney (RHS-1946) & Douglas Burnell
"Spike". He attended Ranger High School in the
Class of 1951. Bill was a retired barber and bar
owner of Marie’s Drive Inn. He loved fishing and
playing pool with friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Marie
McKinney. He is survived by his domestic partner Dean
Farris, son Terry Wayne McKinney, grandson Terry Wayne
McKinney Jr., granddaughter Barbara Barnes, one sister,
Wanda McKinney Cousins (RHS-1949) of Hull, and three
great-grandchildren.
