ANNIE SUE CARROLL WIGGINS, 84, of College Station,
TX passed away peacefully on July 16, 2020.
She was born on Oct. 1, 1935 in Ranger, TX to
Harvey Earl & Alta Mae Beck Carroll. She attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1954 & married
Don Wiggins. Her siblings were Donnie Carroll
(RHS-1945), Barbara Carroll Cunningham (RHS-1948),
Linda Carroll Cross (RHS-1959), and Norman Carroll
(RHS-1962).
