RICHARD "DICK" GETTS, 72, of Bauxite, AR, died on
Oct. 26, 2008. He was born on Feb. 10, 1936 in
Gladewater, TX. He attended Ranger High School
in the Class of 1955 at Ranger, TX. Dick was a
retired plumber and a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and
Virginia Judy (RHS-1931) Getts; and a son, Kenny
Getts.
Survivors at the time of his death include his wife,
Ann Getts; two sons, Gary Getts of Bauxite and Bobby
Getts of Dallas; a daughter, Sue Webber of Odessa,
TX; four sisters, Peggy Getts Smith of Dallas, Jeanne
Getts Jackson (RHS-1959) of Midland, TX, Carol Getts
Belding (RHS-1957) of Texas & Mary Judy Getts Calhoun
(RHS-1960) of Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; & 11 great-
grandchildren.
