PEGGY "PEGGIE" JO WALDRIP STAMPS, 85,
of North Richland Hills, TX, went to be with her
Lord on Feb. 13, 2023, with burial in the Mansfield
Cemetery at Mansfield, TX.
Peggie was born Sept. 7, 1937, in Ranger, TX to
Edward Hood Waldrip & Mary Ezelle Dozier Waldrip.
She attended Ranger High School in the Class of
1955. She later moved to Watauga, TX before
residing in North Richland Hills. She believed
in her Lord and was a member of Faith Tabernacle
Assembly of God in Denton, Texas. Peggie retired
from Fast Tax as an Accounts Receivable Clerk
after working several years for General Dynamics.
She really enjoyed playing Bingo, beautiful
flowers, but most of all she loved watching
her great grandchildren play.
Peggie is preceded in death by her parents and
three sisters, Bobbie, Billie & Bethany Waldrip
Watson (RHS-1953).
Those who are left to cherish her memory and
continue her legacy are her sons, Craig Allen
Stamps of Fayetteville, NC and Scott Wendell
Stamps and his wife Lissa of North Richland
Hills; grandchildren, Justin Stamps and his
wife Breana of Sanger, TX, Destiny Beard and
her husband Thomas of Fayetteville; great-
grandchildren, Erika, Cory, Erik, Aubrey,
Ava, Wesly, Jackson, Elliana; niece, Gail
Wintle; nephew, Mark Watson.
