EDDIE LEROY JACOBY, 51, died on Feb. 14, 1990
of a heart attack at a Waco hospital, with interment
in Evergreen Cemetery at Ranger, TX.
He was born in Ranger on June 13, 1938 and was a
graduate of Ranger High School and Ranger Jr.
College. He was a Baptist & a disabled U.S. Army
veteran. Eddie was a member of the 1953 State
Football Champs at RHS.
Survivors at the time of his death include his
mother, Imogene Stafford Hinman (RHS-1936); his
father, Mellenger Max Jacoby (RHS-1936); brother,
Mac A. Jacoby (RHS-1960); step-brothers, Richard
Jacoby of Torrance, CA, & Robert Jacoby of Cameron
Park, CA; & step-sisters, Susan Coker (decd) of Ft.
Worth, TX, & Debby Jacoby Price of Sugar Land, TX.
