LILA JEAN BANKSTON BIRD was in the Ranger High
School Class of 1959 at Ranger, TX. She was the
daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Elner Bankston of
Ranger. She married Bill Bird, now of Ft. Worth
& they had three sons. She was living in Arlington
when she died on Feb. 14, 1993. A sister Wanda
Bankston Snider (RHS-1947) lives in Abilene & an
uncle, Bill Q. Bankston (RHS-1941), lives in Fort
Worth and an aunt, Frances Bankston Williams (RHS-
1946), lives at Bahia Marina, Ingleside, TX.
