BARBARA "BABS" ANN CRABB DELANY, 75, of
Bulverde, TX, passed away on Feb. 3, 2018 and was
laid to rest in the Evergreen Cemetery at Ranger,
TX on Aug. 5th.
Barbara was born on April 24, 1942 in Ranger, TX to
James H. & Lee Ola Young Crabb. She attended Young
School and graduated from Ranger High School in the
Class of 1960. Barbara was a RHS cheerleader for
all four years in high school and even during jr.
high school. In her senior year, she was Student
Council Representative, Miss RHS Favorite, and Art
Editor on the Annual Staff. After school, she worked
for Montgomery Ward in Ranger & later transferred to
West Texas. She married Don Delany who died in 2015.
They celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2013. She
was a former secretary of the Ranger Exes Association
and was involved in homecomings & reunions.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband,
sister Darlene Crabb Fields (RHS-1955), & a son
Kelly Sean Delany who died in 2007. Barbara is
survived by her family, relatives, & many friends.
