WILLIAM LEE "W.L." FONVILLE, SR., 76, of Bryan, TX
passed away peacefully on May 11, 2018 surrounded
by family.
William was born on Aug. 22, 1941 to Chester and
Pauline (Baker) Fonville in Ranger, TX. He graduated
from Ranger High School. William was married to
Virginia Brown in 2013. He was blessed in his life
to have six children, whom he loved dearly. William
loved the outdoors, and especially fishing, but most
of all he loved his family. He was much loved and
will be greatly missed by his family & many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and
Pauline. His sister were Linda Fonville Nelson (RHS-
1962) & Marilyn Fonville Chapin (RHS-1965).
William is survived by his wife Virginia; sons Lee
Fonville & wife Carol, Scooter Fonville & wife Linda,
Jason Fonville & wife Michelle, and Will Fonville &
wife Lisa; daughters Cindy Fonville, Nikki Gallardo
& husband Mike, Shelley Denise Elliott & husband Lee,
and Rebecca Kay Harrell & husband Josh; brother Steve
Fonville; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren,
and great-grandchildren.
