JUDY ELLEN RAMSEY DOGGETT died peacefully
on Aug. 20, 2023, with burial in Restland Cemetery
at Dallas, TX.
Judy was a native Texan born at home in Hill County
on Aug. 12, 1941. Her parents were Geraldine Dumas
Ramsey & Orville Ramsey. She attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1959/1960 at Ranger, TX.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents and her
husband, Frank Doggett.
She is survived by son, Michael David Doggett
(wife Judy), their adult children, Michael, Mark,
and June and their families; and daughter, Debbie
Garrison, (husband Mike) & their daughter, Kristen
Neukom and her family; her only sibling, younger
brother, David Ramsey (RHS-1961, wife Cookie Falls
of RHS-1964), their adult children, Michael, Darla
and Misty and their families. She leaves behind
many loving friends and family members including
extended family and great-grandchildren. She
possessed a sense of humor that never faded. She
was an active member of First Baptist Church in
Richardson until Parkinson's severely limited
her daily activities.
