BONNIE RUTH MCDOWELL, 19, was born Sept. 10,
1972, in Fort Worth, TX, to Patsy Wayland and
Richard McDowell. The McDowells moved to Ranger,
TX in 1978 & lived outside of Ranger in the Chaney
Community. She was a member of the Ranger High
School Class of 1991. Her brother, Burlie Odell
"Bo" McDowell, was in the RHS Class of 1988. She
also had a brother, Matthew Wayne McDowell (RHS-
1995), & a sister, Patsy McDowell. Bonnie died
in 1991 after surgery to remove a brain tumor.
