JOHNNIE VESTA BLANKENSHIP BUSH, 86, of
Elgin, TX, died on Nov. 26, 1998 with burial in
the Fairview Cemetery at Bastrop, TX.
She was born Aug. 10, 1912 in Mingus, TX to John
A. & Mayrtle Barrett Blankenship. She attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1932 at Ranger,
TX & married Kermit H. Bush who died in 2013. Her
siblings were Reta Blankenship, Pauline Blankenship
Harper (RHS-1928), Jewell Blankenship, Roberta
Blankenship (RHS-1933), William Blankenship (RHS-
1933), & Glenna Blankenship Cain (RHS-1939).
